Overlooked production of sponsorship programs, securing partnerships with Scotiabank, Cineplex, Air Canada, and other corporate sponsors, contributing to a peak sponsorship year exceeding $200,000.

Inkwell Literary Festival
Founded and provide strategic and organizational leadership to the Inkwell Literary Festival, establishing its nonprofit governance, brand, sponsorship program, operational model, and long-term growth strategy. Lead marketing and communications, organizational planning, and leadership development while advising on operations, partnerships, and sustainable growth.

Through a targeted six-week Meta campaign, Inkwell’s inaugural marketing strategy attracted nearly 80 short-story submissions from writers across Southern Ontario.
The campaign generated over 23,000 impressions—an exceptional outcome for a first-year festival.

Led digital marketing and communications, aligning strategies and campaigns with organizational priorities and goals.
Managed digital communications operations, including website governance, content workflows, social media, and digital assets, while using analytics and KPIs to inform planning and decision-making.






Conceived and led a province-wide social media campaign personally engaging CEOs and senior leaders from library systems across Ontario to secure participation in a virtual tour showcasing flagship library branches.
The initiative profiled more than a dozen library systems while strengthening collaboration and awareness across Ontario's public library sector and some posts reached over 7,000 views on social media.
